  1. In boiling water put a bay leaf, sweet pea pepper, squid carcasses. Take out the squid in exactly three minutes (you can’t digest, otherwise the squid will become tough).
  2. Chilled squid meat, cut with a sharp knife into thin straws.
  3. Hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water, peel, to cut in half.
  4. Cut the pitted olives into slices.
  5. Peking cabbage finely chop.
  6. For salad dressing, mix olive oil in a bowl with vinegar.
  7. Add mustard (paste), salt, pepper, mix.
  8. In a volumetric bowl combine the squid, olives, cabbage, shrimp.
  9. Pour salad dressing, mix well.
  10. Put the ready-made salad in portioned plates, lay on top halves of eggs. Enjoy your meal!
