- In boiling water put a bay leaf, sweet pea pepper, squid carcasses. Take out the squid in exactly three minutes (you can’t digest, otherwise the squid will become tough).
- Chilled squid meat, cut with a sharp knife into thin straws.
- Hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water, peel, to cut in half.
- Cut the pitted olives into slices.
- Peking cabbage finely chop.
- For salad dressing, mix olive oil in a bowl with vinegar.
- Add mustard (paste), salt, pepper, mix.
- In a volumetric bowl combine the squid, olives, cabbage, shrimp.
- Pour salad dressing, mix well.
- Put the ready-made salad in portioned plates, lay on top halves of eggs.
