I propose to cook at home incredibly colorful, beautiful and tasty salad with calamari, red beans and vegetables. Following recipe, you can easily make this fresh and unusual salad!

  1. We will prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Cut the squid, salt and pepper, fry in a skillet with the addition of oil.
  3. We bake Bulgarian pepper in the oven, or fry on grill pan. We clean it from the skin.
  4. Cut vegetables into long and thin slices (you can use peeler). Cut champignons with petals and onions in rings (preferably thinner).
  5. Prepare the sauce, for this we mix Dijon mustard, olive oil and red wine vinegar, whisk everything with a whisk. TO add boiled beans and vegetables to the sauce. All is well mix.
  6. The salad is carefully and beautifully laid out on a plate. Beside spread the squid, and decorate with arugula on top.
