  1. Boil potatoes in their skins, peel and fry whole in a skillet so that the roots appear rosy crust. Grind into medium sized pieces.

  2. Sprats cut into several parts, remove the tails.

  3. Mix both ingredients, add chopped tomatoes pieces, and chopped dill.

  4. Season the dish with vegetable oil and salt to taste.
