- Peel the green and red bell peppers, partitions and seeds, cut into pieces.

- Put lettuce leaves on a beautiful dish or plate (pre-washed and dried), bell pepper, onion, red fish. Water the dressing, spread the poached egg, sprinkle the egg salt and pepper. Serve the finished salad with croutons.
