- Remove the zest from the limes and squeeze the juice. Shrimp clear shell and salt, pepper. We send the pan to the stove and heat with the addition of oil. Fry shrimps with each sides for 1.5 minutes, sprinkle with zest and cool.
- Thinly chop the cabbage, cut the cucumbers into small slices, salt and sprinkle with lime juice.
- We mix cucumbers, cabbage, sprouts, shrimps in a deep plate, add pepper and sesame oil. Put it on a plate and serve!
