- We will prepare the products you need for cooking lettuce.
- Peel red onion and finely chop. Spray with vinegar and sprinkle with sugar.
- Kiwi peel and cut into thin plates.
- Thinly chop the cabbage with a knife, or rub on special grater. Salt and wrinkle a little with your hands.
- For dressing, mix honey, oil, balsamic cream and pepper.
