- We will prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Cut the meat from the bone. Cut the fillet into pieces of 10-20 g.
- Oyster mushrooms are washed and torn into segments.
- Heat the pan with the addition of oil, fry the fillet rabbit until half ready.
- Add mushrooms, fry until cooked. Pour in a little water, salt, pepper.
- Spread the rabbit and mushrooms on a plate.
- In a deep container, mix the salad and arugula, salt and pepper. Pour olive oil and wine vinegar, mix.
