A simple and quick recipe for a delicious pasta salad. Boiled horns are complemented by chopped ham, sweet pepper and red onions, and seasoned with delicate creamy mayonnaise sauce, sour cream, parsley and chives with a little lemon juice. So that your salad does not turn into porridge, boiled pasta well washed under a stream of cold water and only then mixed with the rest of the ingredients. Serve immediately as main course appetizer or garnish. - 220 gr pasta horns
- 1/3 Art. mayonnaise
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp. l sour cream
- 2 tbsp. l finely chopped chives
- 1.5 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. diced ham
- 1/4 Art. chopped red onion
- 2 sweet peppers, preferably 1 red and 1 yellow, chopped

Recipe preparation:
- In a large pan, bring salted water to a boil.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, sour cream, chives, lemon juice, 0.5 tsp salt and a little black pepper.
- Pour pasta into boiling water and cook according to recommendation on the packaging. Drain and rinse the paste under cold water to keep it cool; transfer to a bowl with refueling.
- Add ham, onion and sweet pepper to the pasta and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Pasta salad best served immediately.
