Salad with pasta, chicken, herbs and cheese asiago

  • 220 gr kavatappi pasta (corkscrew)
  • 1/3 Art. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Art. chopped fresh chives
  • 3 tbsp. l sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1.5 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.5 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 boneless and skinless chicken breast (200 g.)
  • 6 tbsp. arugula
  • 0.5 tbsp. grated cheese asiago
  • 1/4 Art. chopped red onion

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large pan, bring salted water to a boil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chives, sour cream, parsley, tarragon, lemon juice, 0.5 tsp salt and a little black pepper.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over moderate heat; grease with oil. Sprinkle chicken breast with salt and black pepper. Fry, turning over once, until it is cooked and covered grilled marks, about 7 minutes each side. Lay on a cutting board and let the meat rest 5 minutes, then cut into pieces 1 cm.
  4. In the meantime, pour the pasta into boiling water and cook in according to the recommendation on the package. Drain and rinse paste under cold water so that it cools; put in a bowl with refueling.
  5. Add the chicken, rucola, asiago and onion there and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. The best pasta salad serve right away.
