- 3 tbsp. l sour cream
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh tarragon
- 1.5 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0.5 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 boneless and skinless chicken breast (200 g.)
- 6 tbsp. arugula
- 0.5 tbsp. grated cheese asiago
- 1/4 Art. chopped red onion

Recipe preparation:
- In a large pan, bring salted water to a boil.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chives, sour cream, parsley, tarragon, lemon juice, 0.5 tsp salt and a little black pepper.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over moderate heat; grease with oil. Sprinkle chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
