Barbecue sauce is used to make dressing for this salad. (the recipe is also presented below). You can weld it in advance or use the rest of the sauce after cooking the meat. Portion of Sauce barbecue mixed with mayonnaise, vinegar, spicy sauce, spices, finely chopped celery and sweet pepper and then cooked boiled pasta and torn pork salad dressing (stewed or grilled). Great way to use leftover meat and sauce leftovers. The dish is hearty a self-contained and full-bodied barbecue flavor. Before serve it must be infused in the refrigerator. Salad
- 450 gr fusilli pastes (spirals)
- 2 tbsp. l cider vinegar
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 0.5 tsp mixtures of spices with chili
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 0.5 tbsp. barbecue sauce (recipe see below)
- 1 red bell pepper, peeled and finely chopped chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
- 2 whole feathers of green onions, finely chopped
- 200 gr. ragged pork
- Chopped parsley leaves for serving
Barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. water
- 0.5 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 5 tbsp. l light brown sugar
- 5 tbsp. l granulated sugar
- 0.5 tbsp. l freshly ground black pepper
- 0.5 tbsp. l onion powder
- 0.5 tbsp. l ground mustard
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l Worcester sauce

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan over high heat, bring 4 liters. water up boiling. Salt water, add pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Fold in a colander and let cool, then transfer the paste to a large bowl.
- In another large bowl, mix the vinegar, hot sauce, mixture spices with chili, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, mayonnaise and sauce B-B-Q. Add chopped vegetables and mix. Pour pasta season with barbecue sauce and mix well.
- Put pork on top, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, then sprinkle with parsley.
Barbecue sauce
In a medium-sized saucepan, mix all the ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat. Cook without a lid, often stirring for 1 hour 15 minutes.
