Salad with Pasta and Radish

Salad with pasta can be served as a side dish for meat, and as self snacks. The easiest way to cook it is by mixing boiled pasta horns (they are most convenient to eat with a spoon) with fresh vegetables and season with mayonnaise with mustard. From vegetables harmoniously into the salad will combine sweet grape tomatoes, radish, cucumbers, bell peppers and chives. It turns out delicious, hearty and juicy dish of seasonal vegetables. Pasta salad served chilled and great for picnics.

Complexity: easy Servings: 6 The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. pasta horns
  • 1 tbsp. grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 8 radishes, thinly sliced
  • Diced half green bell pepper
  • 6 feathers of green onions (only white and light green parts), thinly chopped
  • Diced half cucumber
  • 0.5 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 0.5 tsp garlic salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large pan, bring salted water to a boil. Add the paste and cook as recommended on the package to the state of al dente. Drain and let the pasta cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pasta with tomatoes, radishes, sweet peppers, green onions and cucumber.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with vinegar, mustard, sugar and garlic salt. Add dressing to pasta and vegetables and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
