  1. We wash young nettle twigs and scald with boiling water.
  2. Wash young dandelion leaves and spread with salt water for about 30 minutes, so they give up their bitterness. We make salt solution at the rate of 1 tablespoon of salt per 1 cup water.
  3. Wash the cucumber, dry and cut into circles or halves.
  4. Wash onion, dry and chop finely. Finely chop the nettle. Add nettles and onions to the cucumbers.
  5. We take out the leaves of dandelion from the solution, wash, dry and finely chopped. Add to cucumbers, onions and nettles.
  6. Salad to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice and season vegetable oil.
