  1. Boil rice until cooked. Hard boiled eggs. Bow and cut the mushrooms into cubes, fry them all together until evaporated liquids. Add salt to taste.
  2. First, spread the rice, grease with mayonnaise.
  3. Then mushrooms with onions and grease with mayonnaise again.
  4. Put the boiled egg in the third layer (we grated it on grater), grease with mayonnaise.
  5. Next, spread the finely chopped cucumbers. Decorate with yolk greens and a slice of lemon.
