Tasty and very satisfying salad. This dish can be prepared at home with beef or chicken liver (cook chicken liver after boiling ten minutes less). Dry beans can be replaced canned.

  1. Boil pre-soaked beans until cooked.
  2. Wash the liver, clear of veins and film, put on fire, bring to a boil, remove foam with a slotted spoon, then cook on moderate half an hour on fire.
  3. Chilled liver cut into straws.
  4. Cut pickled mushrooms into small pieces.
  5. Peel, wash, cut the onion into a small cube.
  6. Peel, wash, and wipe the carrots through a medium grater.
  7. Fry chopped onions in a frying pan with oil, then fry until cooked with carrots.
  8. In a volumetric bowl, combine all prepared and chilled ingredients, salt, pepper.
  9. Season to taste with thick sour cream, or mayonnaise, you can homemade, serve in portioned salad bowls, garnished with greens.
