  1. Unpeeled potatoes and carrots are washed with a sponge and boiled until ready. To speed up the cooking process of vegetables drain hot liquid and fill with cold water, clean.

  2. Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes, cool and clean.

  3. We clear herring of bones.

  4. Prepared carrots (leave a little for decoration), potatoes, herring, eggs (2 pcs.), cut pickles into cubes, onion – finely. Put potatoes and carrots in a bowl.

  5. Add onions, herring, peas, pickles, eggs, season with mustard, mayonnaise (3 tablespoons), mix and try on salt.

  6. Put the prepared salad on a plate, distribute by plate, in a circle add half the eggs with the cut side way down. The remaining carrots are cut into thin strips and formed into eggs Roman numerals from 1 to 12 and the clock hands. Ready beautiful decorate the salad with parsley and serve on the festive table.
