Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Meanwhile in in a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add simmer and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and transfer the bread in a large bowl; mix with 1 tbsp. l olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
