  1. Wash lettuce leaves, dry and tear with your hands on a plate.
  2. Adygea cheese cut into slices and fry on both sides in a pan with vegetable oil.
  3. Cut hot cheese into small pieces and spread on top on lettuce leaves.
  4. Finely crunch the crispbread and spread it on the cheese.
  5. My tomatoes and cut into slices, spread on top. Salad pour with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
