  1. Wash the cucumbers, cut off the ends on both sides, with a sharp knife cut into neat cubes.
  2. Hard-boiled eggs, cook them for ten minutes, then cool in cold water, peel, grind through a medium grater.
  3. To tear a green salad in a large bowl with your hands, pre washed and dried with paper towels.
  4. Put all prepared ingredients in a bowl with salad, and also canned peas (drain the liquid), lightly salt and mix.
  5. Dress the salad with thick sour cream or homemade mayonnaise, well stir. When serving, lay out in portioned salad bowls.
