- First of all, let’s make a salad dressing: mix in a small bowl, lemon juice, olive oil and ground black pepper. Mix everything and set aside.
- Boil quail eggs hard boiled (10 minutes). We clean from shells and cut in half.
- We take out the cod liver from the jar, divide it into large pieces with using a fork.
- Cut cucumbers into thin rings or ribbons (you can use a peeler).
- Finely chop the parsley.
- Mix cucumbers with parsley, spread on a plate. From above put cod liver slices, quail eggs and olives. Sprinkle salad with pre-prepared dressing and sprinkle lightly toasted sesame seeds.
