If you want to make a light, but at the same time hearty salad, then just add chickpeas to it! I propose to cook at home delicious salad with chickpeas and vegetables. Additionally lay the time for soaking the beans.

- Soak chickpeas in advance in cold water for 3-4 hours.
- Rinse thoroughly and again fill with cold water, set on medium fire. After boiling, cook for about 7 minutes. Drain the water doused with cold water and remove the peel. Fill again with water and cook another half hour. Add salt 5 minutes before being cooked.
- Tomatoes and my pepper. Pepper clear of the stalk, seeds and partitions, cut into strips.
- Cut tomatoes into thin slices.
- Mix olive oil, honey, mustard and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
- Put the chickpeas, peppers and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Spatter dressing and mix. Decorate with feta cheese.
