  1. Soak chickpeas in advance in cold water for 3-4 hours.
  2. Rinse thoroughly and again fill with cold water, set on medium fire. After boiling, cook for about 7 minutes. Drain the water doused with cold water and remove the peel. Fill again with water and cook another half hour. Add salt 5 minutes before being cooked.
  3. Tomatoes and my pepper. Pepper clear of the stalk, seeds and partitions, cut into strips.
  4. Cut tomatoes into thin slices.
  5. Mix olive oil, honey, mustard and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Put the chickpeas, peppers and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Spatter dressing and mix. Decorate with feta cheese.
