  1. Chicken or turkey fillet (can be replaced with boiled beef) boil until tender. Grind chilled meat with a sharp knife.
  2. Prune cut into small pieces (hard prunes on pour hot water for half an hour).
  3. Chop nuts in a blender.
  4. In a bowl combine the meat, prunes, nuts, mix.
  5. Season the dish with homemade mayonnaise, serve in portions salad bowls.
