- Fry the chicken breast until cooked. In the same pan add pumpkin seeds and fry.
- Cut avocado and tomato into slices.
- Peel the orange from the peel and films, remove the slices pulp.
- For dressing in a separate bowl, mix the juice of orange, mustard, olive oil and salt.
