Salad with cherries and chicken


Have you ever tried a salad with berries? I suggest cook at home an unusual and delicious salad with cherries and chicken fillet. This salad can also be made with turkey fillet.

  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Gently beat the chicken fillet to a thickness of about 1.5 – 2 cm. Put the fillets on the sheets for frying. Wrapped breast tightly press with your hand so that all the spices are absorbed into the chicken.
  3. We heat the pan without adding oil and cook on it wrapped in breast sheets. Cook over low heat for about 5-8 minutes on each side.
  4. Cool the finished fillet and cut into cubes.

  6. From the cherries we extract the seeds and cut the cherries into halves.
  7. Cherry tomatoes are cut into quarters or halves.
  8. Rinse the arugula, dry and spread on plates or in bowls. Next beautifully spread the cherry.
  9. We spread the chicken fillet and cherries.
  10. Sprinkle with walnuts on top. Do not mix. Seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Add balsamic vinegar and olive butter.
