- Boil the broccoli until tender.
- Two oranges are peeled, parsed into segments. From one squeeze the orange juice.
- My cherry tomatoes and cut into halves.
- In a separate container, mix olive oil with orange fresh.
- Put everything in a bowl. Add dressing, mix and sprinkle with chopped tarragon leaves.
