- 230 gr. cheese Dorblu (or any other blue mold, Roquefort, Gorgonzola), crumble
- 1.5 tbsp. fried walnuts
- 4 green apples, core, cut into large cubes
- 50 gr young spinach
- 2 large heads of endive, cut the leaves crosswise wedges
For salad dressing:
- 3 tbsp. l pomegranate molasses
- 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 2/3 Art. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. l honey or more optional
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
