  1. Wash, dry the chicken fillet, lightly salt, pepper, wrap in foil.
  2. Put in the baking dish, bake in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, slightly cooled – finely chopped.
  3. Wash onions, mushrooms, peel, also finely chop.
  4. Fry the onion in a pan with vegetable oil, put mushrooms, fry for another 15 minutes, lightly season with salt, pepper.
  5. Wash the cherry, cut in half.
  6. For pancakes – wash the dill, dry, chop finely.
  7. In a bowl, beat eggs, combine with herbs, add salt, and stir.
  8. From the resulting mixture, bake two or three pancakes in a pan with oil, fry on both sides, slightly cooled pancakes cut straws.
  9. In a volumetric bowl combine the meat, mushrooms, pancakes, tomatoes, mayonnaise, mix gently.
  10. Serve in the original salad bowl.
