  1. Dip chopped asparagus in boiling water, cook for seven minutes.
  2. Broccoli, sorted into inflorescences, also lower in boiling water, cook for five minutes.
  3. Cut tomatoes into medium slices.
  4. Cut the carpaccio with a sharp knife into thin slices.
