The main feature of this dish is crispy fragrant cracker oil-garlic mixture, cooked at home the oven. And in a mixture with bacon and parmesan it turns out very tasty and hearty salad.

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil with lime juice.
  2. Add chopped garlic.
  3. As well as dried herbs, salt, pepper, stir well.
  4. The crumb of the loaf is divided into small pieces.
  5. Put in a baking dish, pour fragrant oil a mixture.
  6. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake until golden brown for about 25 minutes.
  7. Fry chopped bacon in a dry pan.
  8. Cut Parmesan with a knife into thin plates.
  9. Cherry cut in half.
  10. In a volumetric bowl, tear lettuce leaves with your hands.
  11. Just before serving (to preserve crispy properties crackers), add crackers, cherry, cheese, bacon, carefully mix. Serve on a plate, salt if necessary.
