- My vegetables, celery, peeled from coarse fibers.
- Bell peppers are cleaned from partitions, seeds and tails. Cut celery and bell pepper with a checker.
- Cut tomatoes into segments.
- Iceberg and ciabatta we tear hands into small pieces.
- Cut mozzarella into halves.
- Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt, pepper and garlic mashed potatoes. Season with olive oil.
- Put the salad on a plate and decorate it with a leaf peppermint.
