  1. My vegetables, celery, peeled from coarse fibers.
  2. Bell peppers are cleaned from partitions, seeds and tails. Cut celery and bell pepper with a checker.
  3. Cut tomatoes into segments.
  4. Iceberg and ciabatta we tear hands into small pieces.
  5. Cut mozzarella into halves.
  6. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt, pepper and garlic mashed potatoes. Season with olive oil.
  7. Put the salad on a plate and decorate it with a leaf peppermint.
