  2. Prepare dressing: mix soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, garlic and just a few rings of hot chili. You can also add half a teaspoon of sugar or liquid honey. Everything mix well. Salad "Spring of the East"
  3. Cut the smoked ear into thin strips, pour over several spoons dressing, leave for a few minutes to a little ears pickled.
  4. Cut the onion into thin half rings and send to the pan fry until translucent.
  5. Cut the cucumber into thin strips (you can use a special grater). Cut the radishes into thin strips.
