• 200 g of cucumbers
• 8-10 pcs. radish

• greenery
• 4 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp vinegar 6%
• 1–2 cloves of garlic
• salt and pepper

1. Prepare ingredients, cut meat into strips, cherry divided into four parts, cut the cucumbers into strips, radishes – thin plates.

   

   

2. Also chop onion leek and greens.
3. For salad dressing in a bowl, mix olive oil with garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper.
4. In a volumetric bowl combine all the prepared ingredients, pour dressing, mix.
5. Serve in portioned salad bowls.
