- Peel the onion, wash, cut into half rings. Pour bitter onions boiling water for ten minutes, then rinse with running water.
- Wash the cucumbers, cut off the ends, cut into thin slices.
- Cut tomatoes into small slices.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes. (Hard cheese rub on large grater).
- In a volumetric bowl, mix all vegetables, corn and drained liquid.
- Put the cheese cubes, add a little salt, season with olive oil, gently mix with two lettuce spoons.
Serve in a salad bowl, garnished to taste with herbs.
