  1. Cut the fillet in half into portions, beat off. Salad Prague
  2. Fry a clove of garlic in oil in a preheated pan.
  3. Fry the fillet in a pan until cooked, salt and pepper. Allow the meat to rest for 15 minutes and cut into strips.
  4. Chop pickled cucumbers and apples with a thin straw. Salad Prague
  5. Separate the breast from the bones, chop into strips.
  6. Cut the onion into circles.
  7. For dressing, mix mustard, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients. Salad ready. Serve decorated with greens.
