  1. Peppers, eggplant, tomatoes and onions are charred from all sides on live fire. Put all the ready vegetables in a bowl and wrap cling film. Cool, then peel and cut into small pieces.
  2. Wash my cilantro, wipe it with a paper towel and chop finely. Garlic peel and chop finely. Mix cilantro, garlic, pepper and salt with the addition of oil.
  3. Season vegetables with spiced butter, sprinkle with crumbled cheese vats and serve. Enjoy your meal!
