  1. Tear lettuce leaves by hand, cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. We cut the rabbit fillet and fry in vegetable oil.
  3. Salad, tomatoes, meat-rabbit and crayfish mix.
  4. Cooking the sauce. Mix raspberries with a blender, sugar, vinegar and tarragon. Filter the mixture through a strainer and mix it with olive oil. Pepper and salt.
  5. Season salad with cooked sauce and mix.
