  1. Take a pan with a thick bottom. Spread almonds and walnuts nuts in a dry skillet, fry for about 3 minutes, shaking. Pour the nuts onto the board and cool. After cooling coarsely we chop.
  2. Plums are cut into 4-6 parts. Cut apples into thin slices, cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.
  3. Let’s prepare a dressing. Beat olive oil with juice orange, salt and pepper.
  4. In a salad bowl, mix dressing and lettuce. Add mix tomatoes, plums and apples.
  5. Cut Parmesan into thin slices using a peeler.
  6. Spread the salad on a plate and sprinkle with cheese and nuts.
