A delicious salad of apples, plums and cherry tomatoes is very simple and cook quickly at home. This light salad with a pleasant combination I advise you to make nuts, tomatoes and fruits on healthy snack.

- Take a pan with a thick bottom. Spread almonds and walnuts nuts in a dry skillet, fry for about 3 minutes, shaking. Pour the nuts onto the board and cool. After cooling coarsely we chop.
- Plums are cut into 4-6 parts. Cut apples into thin slices, cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.
- Let’s prepare a dressing. Beat olive oil with juice orange, salt and pepper.
- In a salad bowl, mix dressing and lettuce. Add mix tomatoes, plums and apples.
- Cut Parmesan into thin slices using a peeler.
- Spread the salad on a plate and sprinkle with cheese and nuts.
