- Put 1/2 cup cranberries, zest in a blender bowl orange, vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Everything grind for about 30 seconds.
- Put the nuts in a pan with butter, sprinkle icing sugar. Fry until caramelized for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Transfer to parchment, oiled and cool.
