  1. Boil potatoes, carrots, beets and peel them. Separate fish from skin and bones, cut into small cubes. Chop onion very shallow.
  2. Getting to the salad. Take a deep salad bowl to the bottom grate on a coarse grater 2 pcs. potatoes, salt (if cooked in uniform) and grease with mayonnaise.
  3. Put finely chopped onions on the potatoes – 1 pc.
  4. Spread 1/2 of the chopped fish on the onion.
  5. Grate carrots on a coarse grater – 2 pcs., Salt and coat mayonnaise.
  6. Grate beets on top of carrots – 1-2 pcs., Salt and coat mayonnaise.
  7. Repeat the same process starting with potatoes and ending with grated but not greased beets.
  8. On the top salted beetroot layer on a fine grater or through press add 1-2 cloves of garlic. Lay it on the surface lettuce evenly. And only then lubricate with mayonnaise.
  9. Refrigerate for 3 hours to soak the salad. Then the salad is ready for serving. Enjoy your meal.
