  1. Boil chicken fillet and eggs in salted water until tender. Soak prunes for 10 minutes in hot water or tea.
  2. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, pepper.
  3. Grate eggs, chop mushrooms and onions. Fry them together in oil until golden brown.
  4. Cut cucumbers and prunes into thin strips or cubes. Leave a couple of dried fruits for decoration.
  5. Now put the salad in layers in order, lubricating each layer mayonnaise: prunes, onions with mushrooms, chicken, grated eggs and cucumbers.
  6. Grease the last layer with mayonnaise. Prune cut into middle strips and lay across in several rows.
  7. Coarsely chop the parsley and put it around the salad. Serve chilled.
