- Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cool and clean.
- From the canned pink salmon, drain the liquid, spread on plate and mnem with a fork.
- We add potato grated on a coarse grater to pink salmon, grated carrots. We mix everything.
- Rub the eggs and cheese on a fine grater and add to the pink salmon with mix vegetables.
- Wash green onions and chop finely, add to salad mass.
- Pour the sauce and add sour cream, mix well.
- From the resulting mass we roll up balls of size with about a walnut, a little more.
- Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden.
- Roll the balls in sesame seeds and spread on a dish.
