Supporters of a healthy diet have long given up yeast, but this is not a reason to deprive yourself of the pleasure of drinking delicious kvass, which is not difficult to cook at home. Make anyone can use such kvass, using only 3 ingredients, not counting water.

  1. Cut rye bread into cubes with a section of about a centimeter and make crackers out of it in the oven.
  2. Pour crackers in a liter jar, add sugar to them and pour their warm water. Stir everything with a spoon, cover the jar with a lid and clean in heat.

  3. After 1-2 days, the mixture will ferment. About the desired effect should testify to the unclear look and sour smell of sourdough.

  4. When the yeast is ready, get a 3 liter jar and pour the mixture into it. You can add a handful of crackers and add sugar to taste.

  5. Pour the resulting volume into bottles, putting in each small a handful of raisins. Close caps tightly, keep bottles warm and wait. When the fermentation process begins – remove the bottles in refrigerator for 6-12 hours.
