  1. Cut the beef into strips, as for the basics, and fry on vegetable oil.
  2. Peel, chop and fry the onion in oil until softness.
  3. Peel and chop the potatoes in large pieces.
  4. Hard-boiled eggs and peel.
  5. Add the fried meat, potatoes and boiled water sauteed onions. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
  6. Salt the broth and add spices to it.
  7. From the stalks of nettles, tear off the leaves. So that the nettle does not burn it can be rinsed with boiling water.
  8. Fold the leaves in a blender and chop.
  9. Put the nettles in the soup and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  10. Serve the soup with an egg, which can either be finely chopped, or cut into halves. Add sour cream to taste.
