Salads with pasta are always very nutritious, therefore, they can easily be made as a side dish or full lunch or dinner. I advise you to cook a delicious rustic salad at home with pasta. Our salad is recommended for 2 hours to insist in the fridge.

- All vegetables are peeled, washed and cut into small cubes. Cloves cut garlic lengthwise.
- Heat the pan with garlic and 4 tbsp. l oils. Add carrots and sweet peppers, simmer for about 3 minutes. Then we lay out the eggplant and then in a couple of minutes – zucchini.
- Salt and cook over low heat, stirring for 5 minutes. Vegetables should be soft, but not falling apart.
- We remove the seeds from the olives, and cut the flesh into pieces. Leaves chop the basil thinly. Add basil, olives and nuts. Turn off the fire and cover.
- Boil the paste until ready, put it in a colander and add to vegetables. We mix everything.
- We cool and send in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to let the salad insisted. Before serving, spray a couple of stocks of olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
