When the rosehip swells, again set on fire, bring to a boil, but do not boil. When boiling all the useful properties of rose hips disappear. Leave the iron on very low fire, not allowing water to boil and, at the same time, not letting her cool. The longer the rosehip tea will languish, the the more fragrant it is, the more benefit you will get from it. When color of tea will turn dark burgundy, throw a slice of cinnamon in it and add honey.
  3. Pour tea through a strainer into a porcelain or clay teapot and pour it into cups. Frozen berries are good for tea and honey.
