  • 4 tbsp. whipping cream
  • 400 gr. condensed milk
  • Sprigs of mint for decoration
  • Biscotti or other crispy cookies for decoration
  • Optional: martini glasses

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put a tablespoon of passion fruit pulp on the bottom of 8 glasses for martini or remekin, only 1/2 tbsp. passion fruit.
  2. Whip the cream with an electric mixer to steady peaks. AT whisk 1 and 1/4 tbsp large bowl. passion fruit pulp with condensed milk, add 1/4 part of whipped cream and whisk all together. Stir in the remaining whipped cream and fill the glasses with mousse for martini or remakeins. Spread some passion fruit pulp on top. Serve immediately or cover with cling film and store in refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Serve cold with a sprig of mint and biscotti.
