Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat. Into a small pot pour rum, put sugar and salt and boil syrup until sugar melts, and the mixture does not evaporate and does not slightly thicken. Add butter until it melts. Remove from heat. Oil the plantans on both sides and grill until golden brown and caramelization, about 3-4 minutes from each side. In the last lubricate for several minutes. Remove from the grill and lubricate again before serving.
