A beautiful and delicious snack of boiled pickles we will cook eggs, cottage cheese, sweet mustard and mayonnaise at home. Wrap the filling in tortilla cakes or pita bread. Make such rolls can be at the festive table or just for a snack.

  1. Boil eggs, peel and finely chop, pickles – cubes, lettuce (1-2 pcs.) – finely. In a bowl, mix curd cheese, sweet mustard, mayonnaise and ground pepper.

  2. On the tortilla we put the curd mixture (1/3 part), add the eggs (1/3 part), cucumbers (1/3 part), chopped salad (1/3 part) and spread the whole leaves of the salad.

  3. Turn tortillas into rolls, wrap with foil and cool 1 hour. Chilled cakes with eggs and cucumbers cut into rolls, put on a plate, pierce the shelves for canapes and immediately serve on the table.
