  1. Prepare any round grain rice in cooking by washing it. Pour 400 ml of water into a saucepan, cover and cook rice on low heat until cooked.
  2. While your rice is cooling, prepare a dressing. Roll with avocado

  4. Wash and dry avocados, cut them lengthwise, separate halves apart, peel and cut the fruit into medium strips.
  5. Wrap your mat with cling film on all sides, cut the nori half-sheet and lay it smooth side down. Dampen your hands in a little water, evenly distribute the rice on a nori sheet, crushing it slightly, leaving the top edge nori (by 1.5 centimeters) without rice. Apply a little wasabi.
