  1. In a large bowl, squeeze the juice from the lemon, add chopped through a press garlic, oil (4 tbsp), salt (3 pinches), pepper and mix. Spread slices in garlic-lemon marinade pork, stir, rub the marinade in the meat, cover and cool at least 4 hours.

  2. Peel the garlic from the pork escalope (otherwise it will burn), send in oil batches (2 tablespoons) and fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes with two sides, until covered with a brown crust.

  3. Sprinkle the finished juicy escalope with parsley leaves, put on plates with a side dish and serve.
