- For marinade mix: vegetable oil-3 tbsp., Narzan-3 tablespoon, dry adjika – 1 tsp, Svan salt – 1 tsp, mustard – 1 tsp
- We clean the beef from the films, cut into pieces. We beat off with two parties. Coat the meat well with the marinade, transfer to a bowl and mix with your hands so that every piece is in it. We cover and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Can be removed at night.
- In a well-heated pan with a little oil, put the meat, fry under the lid for 5 minutes, pour 200 ml. water, turn down the fire to the bare minimum, cover with a lid and simmer until evaporation of water.
- When the water has almost completely evaporated, put onions – 2pcs, cut into half rings, mix and simmer even under the lid, until onion readiness.
- Serve with potatoes or fresh vegetables.
